摘要
使用可用度(AO)是装备效能计算的重要参数之一,又是装备战备完好性量化的根据。目前,评估多子系统装备的使用可用度时多采用事件推移仿真方法,按可靠性框图的顺序逐一进行仿真,这种计算方法不符合装备的实际使用情况,而且最终获得的是平均可用度,而不是使用可用度,所得值偏低。因此,本文提出了一种基于装备使用过程的计算方法,替代事件推移仿真方法,改进前述方法的不足之处。运用蒙特卡罗仿真获取系统首次发生故障的时间是此方法的关键点。经实例验证所得结果可信度显著提高。
Operational availability ( Ao ) is one of the important parameters of materiel effectiveness, and also is the measure base of operational readiness. Now the event springing process simulation method is often used in Ao assessment of multi-subsystem materiel which is simulated in the order of reliability block draft. However, this kind of way does not accord with real operational process of materiel, and the obtained result is mean availability, not operational availability. So the computing value is lower than actual result. This paper provides a new simulation computing method based on materiel operational process to improve the performance of the old method. To obtain the happen time of the first failure of system is key step of this method by Mont-Carlo simulation method. Then validates the method by the same example, and the result is reasonable.
