摘要
为处理水信息研究中海量的数据,提出了以并行和分布式处理技术为指导,以GIS技术为研究平台,构建水资源管理信息系统的构想。提出了水资源管理信息系统的设计思路与方法,阐述了海量信息数据的组织、分析、管理等功能的系统解决方案,为水信息研究领域的数据挖掘提供一种新的研究方法。
In order to process the mass data for the study of the water information, a concept on the construction of the water resources management information system is put forward by taking the GIS as the research platform based on the technique of paral- lel and distributed processing. The design concept and method for the system concerned are presented and then the solution plan for the system with the functions such as organization, analysis and management of the mass information data is explained as well. On the whole, a new study method is given herein for the data ming within the field of the water information research.
