谈文化因素与英语强化教学

语言是文化的载体,反过来又能作用于文化,发展文化。文化因素是教好英语,学好英语之非常重要的因素,语言是交际工具、是文化传播及传承的重要手段。语言扎根于文化之中,又受到文化的制约,语言的意义取决于语言赖以产生的文化、社会和历史环境。因此英语强化教学,提高学生英语水平,其根本目的是把英语文化与世界各地本民族文化相交流。因此在外语教学中进行文化教学的目的,不但要培养学生的语言能力,更重要的是培养学生的交际能力。

Language is the carder for culture, in turn, it can have effect on culture and develop it. Cultural factor is the very important factor for teaching English well and learning English well. Language is a communicational tool and important means of culture transmission. Language is rooted on culture and controled by culture. Its meaning depends on its culture, society and historical environments surviving dependently. Therefore the purpose of strengthening the English teaching and improving the students＇ English level is the exchange of English culture and local national culture in all countries. The purpose of culture teaching in foreign language teaching is not only to cultivate the student＇s language skill but also the students＇ communication skill.
