铜/钢爆炸复合板界面层的金相分析 被引量:1

METALLGRAPHIC ANALYSIS ON BONDING INTERFACES OF EXPLOSIVELY WELDED COPPER/945 STEEL CLAD PLATES

摘要 用光学显微镜和电子探针对两种不同爆炸复合工艺的铜/钢复合板界面层进行了观察分析。结果表明,两种爆炸复合工艺的界面均为正弦波状结合,界面焊合良好。其界面质量2号爆炸复合工艺优于1号,界面上存在Cu和Fe元素的相互扩散现象。 Observations and analysis via microscope and microprobe were performed on the bonding interfaces of the explosively cladded plates with two different processes. The results showed that the interfaces of these two explosively welded dad plates were bonded tegether in a wavy shape and were welded satisfactonty. As far as improvement of bonding interface quality is concerned, 2 ̄# process is superior to 1 ̄# process, Diffusion phenomena of elements Fe and Cu was observed in the two clad material interfaces.
