摘要
对武钢焦化厂的混合二甲苯用分步冷冻结晶法分别在—70~—66℃、—15~—11℃结晶、重结晶、过滤、吸干,最后得到纯度和产率均符合要求的对二甲苯。并对影响结晶分离效果的各种因素作了初步探讨。
The samples mixed dimethylbenzene from WISCO Coal-Carbonizatlon Factory have been crystallized at -70℃~-66℃, recystallized at -15℃~-11℃, then filtered and dryed in a way of fractional cooling crystallization. Finally the redimethylbenzene has been obtained with satisfactory purity and product effiency. In addition, the different factors which influence the crystallization and separation have been researched preliminary.
