摘要
研究了β-环糊精修饰滤纸的制备方法及最佳制备条件,考察了修饰滤纸对16种有机物的室温磷光的增强效果,结果表明芴,苊,咔唑以及7,8-苯并喹啉的室温磷光信号有较大增强,与未修饰滤纸基质相比,4种化合物在修饰滤纸基质上的室温磷光检测灵敏度有了很大的改进。建立的方法用于水样中的咔唑和7,8-苯并喹啉的测定。
The method for synthesis of β-cyclodextrin modified filter papers was studied. The room temperature phosphorescence (RTP) behaviors of 16 organic compounds were examined. The results indicated that the RTP intensities of fluorene, acenaphthene, carbazole and 7, 8-benzoquinoline increased greatly. Compared with non-modified filter paper substrates, the sensitivities of fluorene, acenaphthene, carbazole and 7,8-benztxtuinoline on the modified substrates were improved enormously. The method was applied to the determination of carbazole and 7,8-benzoquinoline in tap water and river water samples with satisfactory results.
