摘要
由于24H新型矿工钢与11^#老式矿工钢相比宽高比大,所以在轧制中容易出现腿部尺寸及外缘斜度超差等问题,通过改进孔型结构,采用高温大压下以及选择合理的道次和配辊方式等,较好地解决了上述问题。
Since new 24H mine I-steel has large width-to-height ratio compared with old 11 type mine I-steel, the questions of overtoleranee of leg size and external flange decline are easy appearance. Through improving pass construction, utifizing large rolling pressure with high temperature and selecting suitable pass, the questions above mentioned can be solved conveniently.
