Retrospection of the Development of China's Administrative Rule of Law——Experience and Lesson

建国以来,行政法治经过了曲折的发展历程,今天终于完成了一个伟大的选择:走法治之路。50年来的经验和教训、缺憾和成就,使我们清醒地意识到,行政法治的建设工程刚刚开始,还有很长的路要走,改革行政管理体制,完善行政立法,变革传统观念,等等,都向我们提出了新的任务,这是行政法治建设和行政法学研究的共同课题。

Since the foundation of China, having gone through a devious route, administrative rule of law has finished a great option today, that is to go on the route of legality. 50 years＇ experience, lesson, regrets and achievements made us realize that the construction of administrative rule of law has just started and there is a long way to go, such as to reform administrative management system, to improve administrative legislation, to transform traditional concepts, etc. All these are the new challenges to us and the common tasks in the construction of administrative legality and administrative law research.
