摘要
医院加强民主政治建设,促进工作全面发展,必须实行院务公开,强化民主管理,充分发挥工会的职能作用,做到健全机制、突出重点、讲究实效。
Hospitals should put forward make public the affairs of hospitals, strengthen democratic management, bring full play to the role of trade unions＇ function, healthy a mechanism, give prominence to keystone and efficiency in order to strengthen the construction of democratic politics and promote an overall development of work.
