摘要
企业发展关键在快于对手的学习力,工会组织要教育引导职工树立学习型组织管理理念,用该理论系统思考,处理好创建学习型企业关系,提高企业的整体素质与生存能力。
A key point of development in enterprises is their learning capability. Trade unions should induce workers and staff members to build up an idea of learning organization management, considerate problems, handle with create learning enterprises in order to improve overall quality and survival capacity in enterprises.
