摘要
在世界管理思想史上,“理性管理”与“非理性管理”都经历了一个自我发展过程。从哲学和管理学的角度对“理性”和“非理性”进行定位和分析,从中可以看出两种管理各自的特点、区别与联系。现代管理实践中,需要具有双重思维的管理者以及两面性的管理手段,它不是理性管理与非理性管理的简单叠加,而是代表一种崭新的思维方式。
Both rational and irrational management went through a process of self-development in the world history of management theories. By defining and analyzing rationality and irrationality from the points of view of philosophy and management, we can identify their respective features, differences and relationship between the two types of management. Modem practice of management needs managers with dual thinking who adopt management measures with rational and irrational features. These measures axe not the simple lapping of rational and irrational management, but embody a new way of thinking.
