摘要
企业分配关系和谐是实现企业经济更快发展的重要保障,是构建和谐社会的基础性工作,也是提高经济效益和社会效益的内在要求。对此要处理好企业利益和职工利益的关系、动力机制和平稳机制的关系,以及按劳分配和按生产要素分配的关系。
Hannonious distribution is an important guarantee of fast and smooth economic development in enterprises, basis of harmonious society and the premise of acquiring economic and social benefits. Therefore, we must deal with the relationship between the interests of enterprises and workers, mechanisms of mobilizing and stabilizing and distribution on terms of labor and that on terms of productive factors.
