改进工艺布置实现连铸坯一火成材

摘要 青钢第一小型厂横列式小型轧机生产工艺落后,经改造,扩建部分厂房并新增连轧机组及配套设施。在短时间内合理施工,改进工艺布置,实现了连铸方坯的一火成材,产品定尺率和成材率分别提高20%和10%,燃料消耗由111kg/t材降至59kg/t材。 After reforming, new workshop area, new continuous mill train and other matching equipments have been added in Qingdao No. 1 small section rolling plant. Since having reasonable process arrangement, the once shape into product for continuous casting billet has been achieved, the sized rate of product and finished product rate are separately increased by a factor of 20% and 10%, the consumpation quantity of fuel is from 111kg/t down to 59kg/t.
