摘要 冶金用等离子体即"气体电弧",具有良好的导电性,能量集中,电弧稳定,电效率和传热效率高。电弧等离子体发生器装置及其附件用于连铸的中间包加热,装机功率达1000kW,耗电5~10kWh/t钢;用于烧结机点火,功率为800kW/h,兼收烧结产量可提高5%。 Plasma technique for metallurgical industry has excellant electro—conductibility, stable arc, high electrical efficiency and high heat conductivity. The arc plasma generator and its accessory can be used for heating medium ladle of continuous casting, its efficiency of equipment can be up to 1000KW and its power consumption of every ton liquid steel is 5~10kWh. This equipment can also be used for firing of sintering machine, its efficiency is 800kW/M and the productive capccity of sintered ore can be increased by a fator of 5%.
