社会网络视角下战略联盟关键问题研究

Research on the Key Problems of Strategic Alliances from the Perspective of Social Networks

现在企业间战略联盟非常普遍而且发展十分迅速。从社会网络视角出发,首先分析了形成战略联盟的公司的社会网络嵌入性,然后探讨了社会网络嵌入性对战略联盟形成、联盟治理结构选择、联盟动态演化过程的影响,从而为战略联盟的研究提出了一种新视角。

Strategic alliances have been very popular and now are developing very quickly.From the perspective of social networks,this paper first analyzes the social networks embeddness of the enterprises which form the strategic alliances,then discusses the influence of social network embeddness on the three key problems of strategic alliances including：①the formation of alliances;②the choice of governance structure;③the dynamic evolution of alliances. Thus this paper suggests a new perspective for future research on strategic alliances.
