摘要
从排队系统的视角对专利审查过程进行分析,建立了专利审查排队系统的模型。在理论上对模型进行了优化,同时提出了当前我国专利审查的建议。
From the point of the queuing system, the article analyzes the process of the patent checkup. up the model of the patent checkup system and optimizing to the model theoretically. At the same time, putting forward the suggestion about the patent checkup in our country.
