我国上市公司战略性人力资源管理研究

摘要 针对当前我国上市公司的人力资源管理现状及存在的问题,提出了人力资源战略的主要理论和模式,探讨了我国上市公司人力资源战略采用的主要模式,对我国上市公司人力资源战略的构建提出了新的展望。
