摘要
本系统为实现电动机定子线包浸漆烘干工艺的自动化而设计。系统由一台ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ兼容机和一个电脑控制柜（包含８０３１单片机、ＴＤＣ－１０２数显温控仪等）所组成，同时对两个烘房进行检测和过程控制。采用定时排风和超浓度自动排风方式以提高产品质量。该系统经过３个月的试运行。
he system is designed for automatic lacquersoaking and drying control of the stationary coils of motors. It consists of an IBM PC compatible microcomputer and a controller with a 8031 chip and a TDC 102 digital display temperature control being able to detect and control two baking rooms simultaneously. The principle lies in timely pumping or automatic pumping during over concentration so as to improve the quality of the products. After three months' trial run, it is found that all technique performances of this system meet the demands of design.
