Evaluatin on Jujube Germplasm and Suggestion for Utilization of Shaanxi Province

分析了陕西的枣栽培历史、资源现状与分布,对枣资源按果实用途分为鲜食、制干、兼用、蜜枣、观赏以及特殊用途6类进行评价,提出了各类资源中具有开发价值的优良品种,并对资源开发利用提出几点建议。

This paper presented the jujube cultivation history, current germplasm situation and distribution in Shaanxi Province, and evaluated the jujube germplasm from the respect of fresh edibility , drying, fresh / drying, processing honey jujube, ornamental and special usage. The potential cultivars of different types were recommended for future use and development. Utilization suggestions were also presented.
