复方徐长卿霜剂外治带状疱疹40例

External Treatment for Herpes Zoster by Compound Radix Cynanchi Paniculati Mixture:A Clinical Observation

目的:观察复方徐长卿霜剂外治带状疱疹的治疗效果。方法:治疗组外涂复方徐长卿霜剂治疗,对照组口服西药万乃络韦加芬必得、外擦复方炉甘石洗剂治疗,将80例患者随机分为两组,各40例。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率90.5%,两组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),两组5天起效时间比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组快于对照组。结论:复方徐长卿霜剂外治带状疱疹有较好的疗效,且起效快、费用低、无副作用、用药方便、无禁忌症。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of external application of Compound Radix Cynanchi Paniculafi Mixture （CCPM） for herpes zoster. Methods：80 cases were allocated to two groups randomly,each group 40 cases.The treatment group was treated by external application of CCPM and the control group by oral use of valaciclovir and Fenbid and external use of Compound Galamina Lotion.Results：The total effective rate was 90% in treatment group and 95% in control group （P〉0.05）,the comparison of 5-day initial effect time of two groups showed marked significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：External use of CCPM possesses a better result for herpes zoster with rapid initial effect,cheap in charge,no side effect, convenient and no contraindications.
