HPLC法测定止咳颗粒中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of Hesperidin in Zhike Granules by HPLC

目的:建立止咳颗粒中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸(20:80)为流动相,检测波长283nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.0475～0.665μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.4%(RSD=1.7%,n=5)。结论:本法灵敏、准确、重现性好,精密度高、专属性强。可用于止咳颗粒的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the detetmination of hespetidin in zhike granules.Methods：The determination was carried out by HPLC with octodelyl silicohydrides silanes bonded silica gel as a packing material, methanol-0.025mol/Lphosphoric （20：80） as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 283nm.Results：Hesperidin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.0475μg-0.665μg.（ r=0.9998）;The average recovery of hesperidin was 98.4% CR.SD =1.7%, n =5）, in the granules .Conclusion ： The method is.sensitive,accurate,reproducible,specific and can be used for quality control of zhike granules.
