国际资源量储量分类的特点和历史沿革 被引量:7

CHARACTERISTICS AND EVOLUTION OF INTERNATIONAL MINERAL RESOURCE/RESERVE CLASSIFICATIONS

摘要 矿产资源的分级分类体系,既反映了勘探(查)开发行业的技术水平,也反映了国家和企业的资源管理水平。从固体矿产到油气矿产,总体上,可以分为三大阵营和五个层面,但宗旨只有两个,一是正确量化资源储量的大小,二是建立相互交流的对应关系。由于各国政治、经济、技术乃至文化背景不同,资源量储量分类的出发点、分类方法和结果也不尽相同。目前,石油储量只有证实已开发储量的分类定义在各国和各上市油公司之间具有较好的一致性。 The classification system of Mineral resources reflects, at some extent, he technology level of mineral exploration and development and the background of the nation and corporation who established it. In general, whether on solid minerals or oil and gas reservoirs, the entities of classification establishment could be sorted in three major groups and five societies. But the objects are the same in two aspects: measuring the resources and reserves appropriately, and communicating the standards between different entities. Since the backgrounds in polity, economy, technology and culture of different countries are various, the standopints, the considerations are various, and the outcomes various as well. So far there is only a consistency in the definitions of proved developed reserves for oil and gas over the worldwide government entities and petroleum industry.
