摘要
本文介绍了基于西门子S7-200系列PLC的垃圾场中水回用控制系统。文中研究并实现了在S7-200中实现PID调节的技术,PLC通过Profibus总线与其他PLC及其上位机的网络设计和通讯设置。结合PLC的特点完成对采用CMF(连续微滤过滤)工艺的膜技术水处理控制,在实际运行中取得了很好的效果。
This page introduces based on s7-200 PLC for water-reclamation system of crematory. This page studies and realizes adjectives technique of PID in s7-200. PLC communicate other PLC and PC through Profibus.Combining characteristic of PLC achieve control of water dispose with CMF technique. System gains good effect at running process.
