摘要
介绍了一套自行研制的采用光子计数探测的1064nm激光雷达系统。理论分析了光子计数探测技术和信噪比的改善,实验研究了改善信噪比的脉冲累计方法。给出了光子累计脉冲与信噪比之间的平方根关系,以及不同距离下的探测结果。另外,讨论了光子累计在两种成像方式下,相同参数的数值模拟和比较。结果表明:采用大发射光束和光子累积方法进行探测的信噪比,比单光束、大光强和逐行扫描方式的探测在理论上要好些,即探测概率高。
The system theory of imaging ranging lidar is researched and the 1064 nm lidar system with photon counting detection is described.The photon counting detection technique and the improvement of the signal-to-noise ratio are analyzed theoretically.The improved signal-to-noise ratio for the weak signal detection with pulse accumulation technique is experimentally proved.The sub-duplicate relationship of photon accumulative pulse and the signal-to-noise ratio is presented experimentally with the different distant targets.In addition, the application of photon counting detection technique to the two difference imaging mode is discussed,The results indicate that the higher detection probability with broad beam emitting and photon counting detection can be obtained than the single-beam scanning mode.
