氨基比林原位分子印迹柱的制备及其在水中的结合性质 被引量:3

摘要 本实验以甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用原位聚合法制备了氨基比林为模板的棒状分子印迹柱。分别考察了印迹柱在纯水以及水中有添加剂存在下的吸附和选择性识别能力。实验表明:分子印迹柱在纯水中有更高的吸附能力和选择性识别能力;添加剂对印迹柱的保留行为有很大影响,只用少量的HAc、N(CH2CH3)3或离子对试剂SDS就会明显降低分析物的保留因子。 The molecularly imprinted polymer with aminopyrine as template was prepared by in-situ polymerization using a-methacrylic acid as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinker. The absorption property and selective recognition ability of the imprinted polymer in pure water and additiveswater media were studied respectively. The result showed that the polymer rod column had higher absorption and higher selective ability in pure water mobile phase. A small quantity of additives, such as HAc, N(CH2CH3)3 and ion pair solvent sodium dodecyl sulfate in the water phase, had very strong influence on the analytes' retention behavior with a dramatic decrease of the retention factors.
