摘要
从测量原理和误差分析的角度出发,提出了提高扭振测量精度的可行途径。在此基础上进行了实用扭振测量仪的研制和试验研究。与国内同类仪器相比,研制的测量仪主要有以下两个方面的特色:(1)通过应用USB接口解决了测量采集数据的传输瓶颈和传输可靠性问题;(2)应用大缓冲区低延迟误差计数电路并结合采集电路的紧凑设计有效减小了测量电路本身的系统误差,提高了测量的精度。试验结果表明:测量仪工作性能较好,工作可靠,可以满足发动机在各种工况下扭振测量的要求。
According to the measurement principle and the analysis of error sources, some available methods to improve the precision of torsional vibration measurement are brought forward. A new precise digital torsional vibration instrument was developed. There are two significant advances than former domestic torsional vibration measurement devices: (1)USB interface was employed to break the bottleneck of data transmission rate and improve its reliability; (2)Tightly packed circuit with a large buffer size and low offset was designed to lower systematically error of hardware and improve precision. Further more, its performance and reliability are discussed with reference to experience of this instrument. Tests result show that the designed instrument has better performance and reliability, and can satisfy torsional vibration measurement requirements under different working conditions.
