摘要
使用美国在线检测技术公司的织物起球评级系统对不同组织结构、厚度及颜色的针织物起球样品进行了检测、表征和评级。结果表明:织物起球评级系统能够对织物的起球趋势进行检测、表征和评级。织物的组织结构、厚度及颜色对仪器起球表征及评级存在影响。织物表面的光滑平整程度越高织物起球趋势越低;织物越薄越不易起球;一定程度上说,织物颜色越浅越不易起球。
This paper makes the inspection, instrumental characterization and rating of the pilling of knitted fabrics with different structure, thickness and color using the fabric pilling evaluation system made by American on-line inspection technology corporation. The research results show that the different structure, thickness and color can influence the instrumental pilling characterization and rating. The more lubricous and evener, the lower the fabric goes to pilling. And the thinner the fabric is, the more difficult for the fabric to go to pilling. To some degree, the lighter the color is, the more difficult for the fabric to go to pilling.
