基于载波的五电平逆变器准最优PWM方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 多电平逆变器作为一种应用于高压大功率变换场合的新型变换器,其相应的电路拓扑结构和PWM控制方法是研究的热点方向。本文针对多电平载波PWM技术中电压调制深度低和基波幅值小的问题,提出了一种新颖的多电平准最优PWM法,分析了输出最大电压调制深度、基波幅值和谐波畸变率等,并进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法极大地提高了输出电压调制深度和基波幅值,文中同时给出了输出电压开关切换角、最优调制波形等的求解方法。 Multilevel converter is a novel kind of power converter which can be used in high voltage and high power application field.Its corresponding topology and PWM control are studied extensively.In this paper,new multi-level suboptimal pulse width modulation is proposed, which has higher voltage modulation index and higher fundamental component.The advantages of the presented PWM are verified by simulation.The switching angles and optimizing modulation waveform are also deduced.
