摘要 利用现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable GateArray,FPGA)芯片设计一种大规模集成电路,解决了多电平变换器功率器件多、控制系统复杂的问题,实现了相角的在线计算,使各功率开关负荷动态平衡。该设计将所有的控制逻辑设计在一块集成电路(Integrated Circuit,IC)上,使各模块得到有效配合,实现了系统的快速控制,减小了系统的体积,降低了系统的故障率,并且可以在线修改系统的算法,而无需改动系统的硬件结构。 In this paper we present a VLSI made of FPGA,which solves the problems of too many devices in multilevel inverter and complexity of control system, realizes the online calculation of phase angle, makes the power switch load homeostasis.We make all the control logic on one lC,which makes every module work effectively, realizes the quick control of system,reduces the volume and the fault ratio of control system.We can also modify the arithmetic of system online without modifying the structure of system hardware.
