摘要
本文基于三相鄄单相矩阵变换单元,提出了一种通过级联方式实现高压、大容量交鄄交直接变频的新方案。该方案采用间接变换法对n个基本变换单元分别进行控制,以得到相同频率、不同相位的n级输出电压,然后通过级联的形式叠加,从而实现高压大容量、频率可控的交鄄交直接变频。仿真结果表明,该结构保持了矩阵式变换器功率因数高的特点,并可有效削弱某些低次谐波。
The paper presents a novel approach based on cascades of three phase-one phase AC-AC unit to realize high voltage direct frequency change. In this approach, the basic units are separately controlled by indirect transfer to gain n level output voltages with same frequency and a phase shift.Then these output voltages are cascaded to obtain AC-AC direct frequency change with high voltage and variable frequency.Simulation results show that the approach can keep the feature of high power factor of Matrix Converter and effectively eliminate some low order harmonics.
