摘要
为满足下一代笔记本电脑电源适配器对效率、体积、重量方面及可在全球电压范围内使用的要求,本文提出了新型两级式变换器方案。前级功率因数校正采用Boost变换器,其输出电压跟随输入电压变化,提高低输入电压时的效率;后级DC/DC变换器采用两路反激变换器交错并联,减小输入和输出电流纹波,同时采用同步整流技术,以进一步提高变换效率。本文详细讨论120W电源适配器的设计,在实验室完成了原理样机,最后给出实验结果。
In order to meet the requirements such as high efficiency,small size,light weight and universal input voltage range (90~265V),for the adaptor of the next generation laptop computer,this paper proposes a two-stage approach.The Boost converter is used as the first stage for power factor correction,its output voltage varies with the input voltage change to increase the efficiency at low line.Two interleaved paralleled Flyback converters are used as the second stage to reduce the input and output current ripple.Also synchronous rectifier is applied to the Flyback converters to further increase the efficiency.A 120W prototype is built and the results are given based on the experiments.
