The second generation on-board diagnosis system,OBDII,is developed in terms of the relative serialization standards and aiming at standardization of diagnosis based on introduction of the functions,features and monitoring mechanism of the OBDⅡ system,the principle,conditions and procedures of failure diagnosis with error codes and monitoring data are systematically discussed.
