摘要
为提高采收率和单井产能,改善油田开发效果,华北油田首次在砂岩油藏进行了水平井开采试验。针对第1口水平井台4平1井的地质特点,通过多套方案对比,优选出Φ139.7 mm油层套管射孔完井方式,选用油管输送射孔工艺、近平衡压力射孔方式、89枪和89-III弹、孔密16孔/m、180°下相位4排定向布孔方式,使用处理过的该断块地层污水作为洗井液和射孔液。为防止落物掉入水平段,研制出以Y241封隔器、KHT脱接器和泄压球座为主的防落物管柱。为今后水平井在华北砂岩油藏的进一步推广应用提供了经验。
In order to enhance recovery ratio and single well deliverability,improve exploitation effect of oilfield,horizontal well produce experiment were developed.In view of geology circumstance of first horizontal well Tai4 Ping1 well,compared several produce scheme,optimized perforated completion with 139.7 mm casing,and select tube transport and near equilibrium pressure perforation technology-use 89 gun and 89-III bomb,SPF is 16 and down phase is 180°with 4 row of hole,treated water of this fault was used as flushing and perforating fluid.To avoid the lost item down to horizontal well section,developed string composed of Y421 packer,KHT connecting tripping device and decompression ball seat.Provide experiment for drilling horizontal well of sandstone reservoir in Huabei Oilfield.
