官8-9K侧钻井小井眼扩孔技术 被引量:5

摘要 对于在Ф139.7mm油层套管开窗侧钻下Ф101,6mm尾管完井的小间隙侧钻井,固井完井质量难以保证一直是困扰侧钻井开发的难题。为此研制了Ф(118—120)mm井眼水力扩张式裸眼扩孔器,并在官8—9K等小井眼侧钻井完井施工中实施了扩孔作业,取得了较好的效果,扩孔工具工作平稳,扩孔机械钻速接近裸眼钻进机械钻速的2倍,扩孔后平均井径为152.23mm,井眼质量较好,固井质量得到了保证。 After window cutting sidetracking operation in 139.7 mm production casing and completing used 101.6mm liner,a small space sidetracking well began to form between the production casing and the liner.Completion and cementing quality of this type well is a difficult problem of sidetracking well development.Hydraulic expand open hole reamer which diameter ranges between 118~120 mm was developed by many years study and practice,and reaming work in Guan8-9K slim hole sidetracking well completion,and obtain favourable effect.During reaming work,reaming tool performance stabilization,reaming rate-ofpenetration is near to 2 times of open hole rate-of-penetration,and hole quality is all right.After reaming,The average well diameter is 152.23 mm,and well cementing quality gained guarantee.Reaming technolog succeeded in Guan8-9K sidetracking slim hole,and it has a instructed effect to latter slim hole sidetracking well completion technology.
