摘要
超低渗透钻井液是通过在常规钻井液中添加超低渗透材料以控制钻井液中固相和液相渗入地层。超低渗透钻井液渗入的地层叫超低渗透层。通过砂床试验证明,超低渗透层能有效提高弱胶结地层的承压能力,对漏失地层同时具有较好的防漏堵漏能力,材料本身具有一定酸溶性,应用在储层也可起到有效保护产层的作用。通过和几种钻井液的配伍性试验表明,超低渗透材料具有较好的相容性,对原浆的流变性能影响很小,适用范围较广泛。笔者在试验方法上也进行了初步探讨。
Ultralow permeability material is appended in drilling fluid to form Ultralow permeability drilling fluid,the new fliud can control solid phase and fluid phase in drilling fluid filter through formation,the formation with ultralow permeability drilling fluid is called Ultralow permeability reservoir.sand body experiment proved ultralow permeability reservoir can improve availably hold pressure ability of feebleness bonding formation,aim at thief zone,ultralow permeability reservoir has better antileak loss circulation ability,material has acid dissolve character,can protect production formation while it was applied in reservoir,through compatibility experiment with several drilling fluid showed ultralow permeability material has better compatibility,has little infection to rheology of original slurry,has a wide rage of application range.
