套损套变井机械整形工艺

MECHANICAL PLASTIC TECHNOLOGY ON DAMAGE AND DEFORMATION CASEING

针对常用套管整形器的特点及所存在的问题，研制开发了整形效果好、施工工艺简单、可操作性好、对套管外水泥环有保护作用的球面整形器。该工具整形范围为Ф85mm～Ф120mm，且具有以下优点：操作方便，现场适用性强；结构设计合理，使套损面的整形覆盖率达100％；一次整形量20mm以上，不用多次起下钻柱，劳动强度大幅下降；与其它类型的整形器相比，将原先的面接触改为多点接触，增大了单位面积上的作用力，有利于提高整形效果；球面体与套管的硬度差大，更有利于提高整形速度。由于该整形器的球面体采用固定的方式。因而不会造成脱粒现象。现场应用结果表明，该整形器可以满足内凹形套管变形整形扩径的需要。

developed a new case spherical shaper,it has characters of well plastic effect,simple working process,easy operation,powerful applicability and reasonable structure design.Its plastic range is 85 to 120mm,once plastic more than 20mm,and Plastic coverage reached to 100%.Alter surface contact to point contact,it increased active force on unit area,and easy to realize plastic.Also the fixed sphere body dose not cause threshing.Application indict the plastic can satisfy the need for concavity casing plastic and hole enlargement.
