摘要
针对药品研制的实验过程,掌握服药之后血液中药物的浓度变化是非常必要的.根据药物动力学知识,运用微积分理论,合理地推导出了适合不同情况的数学模型.从数学理论上解决了不同体重、服药后在不同时刻血液中的药物含量.检验结果表明理论数据与实际相吻合.
It is necessary to control the variation of density of medicine in hlood. Based on the knowledge of medical dynamics, a mathematical model is given using the differential and integral theory. The model is universal and reasonable for many cases. The medical content in hlood is determined from mathematical theory for different human at arbitrary time. Our results are in good agreement with the experiments.
