心肌梗塞患者的纤维蛋白原水平及鱼油降纤维蛋白原作用

Plasma Fibrinogen Level in Subjects with Myocardial Infarction and the Role of Fish Oil Intake in Reduction of Fibrinogen

摘要 56例心肌梗塞(MI)患者临床对照研究的单变量和多变量分析显示,MI组血浆纤维蛋白原(Fg)明显高于对照组,提示Fg是MI的一个独立危险因素。鱼油(含EPA和DHA,4.7g/d)对34例MI患者的8周治疗具有明显的降Fg作用。 Plasma fibrinogen level of 56 patients with myocardial infarction aged 42 to 78 and 56 cases of presumably healthy subject matched for age and sex was studied and fish oil was administered for 8 weeks containing 4. 7 g EPA and DHA daily in subjects with myocardial infarction to observe it' s role in lowering fibrinogen. The results showed that plasma fibrinogen level in myocardial infarction group was greater than that in control group (343 g/L vs 291 g/L, P<0. 001 ). After adjusted for age, sex, blood pressure, smoking and alcohol intake, body mass index, waist hip ratio and lipids using covariance analysis, the fibrinogen level was still significant in myocardial infarction group (P<0. 001). The results also showed fish oil intake decreased fibrinogen from 345 g/L to 256 g/L (P<0. 001 ) and the effect was mainly seen in subjects with higher fibrinogen level (>300 g/L). In conclusion, our data suggest that plasma fibrinogen is an independent risk factor for myocardial infarction and the use of fish oil lower plasma fibrinogen level especially in subjects with higher level is highly recommended.
