摘要
应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定39例血液病患儿血清可溶性白介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平,结果发现:急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)组血清sIL-2R水平为(218.88±76.98)kU/L,急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(ANLL)组为(411.67±228.45)kU/L骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)组为(339.50±92.03)kU/L非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHD)组为(425.50±137.05)kU/L,各组均明显高于对照组(93.3±22.7)kU/L,且随病情的变化而变化。ALL、ANLL组患儿血清sIL-2R水平,完全缓解期与正常组比较,无显著差异;NHD组患儿血清sIL-2R水平越高,病情越重。我们认为血液病患儿血清sIL-2R增高与机体免疫异常及病情严重程度相关,故检测血清sIL-2R水平,可为临床观察病情、监测疗效、估计预后提供重要参数。
Using ELISA method was detected serum sIL-2R level in children with hematological diseases. The results indicate that children with hematological tumors(ALL 、ANLL、MDS、NHD)have high sIL-2R levels.The level of serum sIL-2R in children with leukemia in complete remission is far lower than in cases in partial remission and its level in children with NHD decreases with good response to chemotherapy;whereas in children with MDS is related to subtypes of MDS.Cases with aplastic aneamia and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura have normal sIL-2R levels.Therefore,serum sIL-2R in children with hematological tumor can serve as a useful maker in the evaluation of drug-action as well as in diagnosis and prognosis.
