摘要
提出一种用药-时关系的微分方程直接推导药动学稳态浓度计算公式的方法。该方法适用于静注、口服给药的线性和非线性模型,故有较广泛的实用性。
A method is given to derive expression calculating blood drug concentration at steadystate in pharmacokinetics,in which the differential equation describing relationship between blood drug concentration and time is directly used. the method is suitable for intravenous injection and oral administration in linear or nonlinear pharmacokietic medol.
