食管异物的外科治疗

Surgical Treatment of Esophageal Foreign Bodies

食管异物的主要治疗方法是经食管镜取出异物。若异物嵌入食管壁或引起穿孔、感染、纵膈脓肿形成或出血等严重并发症时,需行外科手术治疗。作者经外科手术成功治疗各种食管异物29例,无一例死亡。

The usual way of treating esophageal íoreign body is extraction through esophagoscopy.Surgical treatment becomes mandatory when it is complicated with esophageal perforation, infection, mediastinal abscess formation or bleeding. 29 cases of esophageal foreign bodies were treated successfully without mortality is here reported.
