摘要
本文着重用透射电镜观察家兔实验性骨折愈合时软骨细胞的演变和软骨化骨过程。软骨演变可分为四个形态阶段。软骨钙化可有多种方式。通过形态学和组织化学观察,本文提出除软骨先坏死然后形成交织骨外,还可直接由软骨细胞转变为骨细胞,实现软骨化骨。
It was observed under electron microscope and light microscope that when the radius bones of the experimental rabbits were broken, cartilage cells would be seen proliferating in the region of fracture site. Four types of chondrocytes were seen appearring throughout the period of cartilagenous callus formation, namely: primary chondrocyte, proliferative chondrocyte, hypertrophic chondrocyte and calcified chondrocyte. Calcified cartilage could be formed in several different ways: (1) calcium salt deposition taking place on top of the collagen fibrils secreted by the cartilage cells; (2) granular-shaped calcium crystals deposition in the extracollagen ground substance; (3) calcium deposition on cartilage cells which have undergone degeneration and necrosis. As a rule, there were necrotic and disintegrative changes of the cartilage cells before chondrial ossification that would be replaced gradually by the woven bone. Besides all these, not all the cartilage cells would die but some osteocartilage tissuewould rather Be formed out of them suggesting direct transition of cartilage into bone might also take place.
