急性外伤性颅内血肿的非手术治疗

Non-operative Treatment of Acute Traumatic Intracranial Haematoma

报告43例经CT扫描证实的急性外伤性颅内血肿的非手术治疗,年龄5～78岁,血肿量分别为20～100毫升不等,其中42例疗效满意。着重介绍非手术治疗的适应症、治疗方法及临床治愈标准。

The author reports 43 cases of different types of acute intracranial haematomas conformed by computerized tomography. An of them were. treated without operation. The ages of patients ranged from 5 to 78 years old, and the amount of haematomas was from 20 to 100ml. Out of 43 cases, 42 achieved Satisfactory recovery, in this report, the indication and method of nonsurgical treatment as well as the standard of recovery are also discussed.
