改良Ender针在股骨骨折中的临床应用(附43例报告)

Treatment of the Fracture of Femur by a Modified Ender's Needle:Report of 43 Cases.

本文报告用我们自制改良Ender针治疗股骨骨折43例的体会。其中25例平均随访1年7个月,骨折全部愈合,功能恢复满意。本手术方法简便,创伤小,时间短,固定牢靠,符合生物力学要求。特别适于老人的粗隆间骨折的手术治疗。

A modified Enders needle has been used in 43 cases of the fracture of femur （excluding those with the frac tare in the midale third of femur） since December 1979. The surgical indication, the superiority of the operation, and tea technical points are discussed. The procedure is simple, safe, efficient and less traumatic. The result is quite satisfactory. It is especially suitable for the elderly patients. This modified needle has a sound biomechamical basis.
