多发性创伤所致成人型呼吸窘迫综合征(附5例报告)

Adult Respiratory Distress Syndorme After Multiple Trauma

近年来,由于多发性创伤处理的进展,直接死于创伤者已明显减少,但成人呼吸窘迫综合征(Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome简称ARDS)的发现日趋增多,本文报告5例并进行讨论。其中1例因气管-无名动脉瘘出血死亡,1例死于ARDS。

Five cases of ARDS after severe trauma were reported, Severe trauma and shock were considered as main inducing factors, All the patients manifested progressive respiratory distress, tachycardia, serious hypoxemia and polynucleosis. Treatment includea limiration of fluid intake, the use of mechanical ventilation, diuretics, albumin, steroids and so on. Out of ,5 cases 3 survived, 1 died of ARDS and another died of complication of tracheostomy,
