本常温下腹主动脉阻断实验研究表明;犬腹主动脉阻断25分钟为安全时限。超出此限,将引起血液动力学,血液生化,脏器超微结构的严重变化。
An experimental study of abdominal aorta clamping under normathermia in the dog was reported. The safe time limit of this clamping was found to be 25 minutes. During this time period, there were only slight and reversible changes in hemodynamic parameters, blood-gas and acia-base equilibrium, blood chemistry and ultrastructare of main organs. Beyond this limit, outstanding changes were found. Respiratory distress syndrome, acute hypertensive cerebral edema and multiorgan microthrombosis sick cell syndrome were observed in severe cases. The experimental procedures were described in detail.
