Diagnosis, Treatment and Prophylaxis of Posterior Urethral False Passages Resulting from Iatrogenic Trauma

医源性创伤性后尿道假道报道较少。本文报告8例。对其形成原因、发病机制、诊断治疗和预防进行了探讨。

Eight cases with pos terior urethral false passage following dilatation of stricture of urethra were reported This kind of injnry is less frequently described in the literature All patients were male with an average age of 25.8（range 20-72yr）. Pathogenesis, prophylaxis, diagnosis and treatment were discussed. Six differentkinds of abnormal feeling in the course of sounding were regarded as the main basis of early diagnosis. Urethrography was the best approach for making a definite diagnosis All were treated surgically. The recovery was satisfactory.
