摘要
为深入探讨听性脑干反应(ABR)Ⅲ波的起源,通过破坏大白鼠左侧耳蜗和左侧上橄榄核复合体,比较了两侧ABR在破坏前后的变化。发现①左耳蜗破坏后同侧(左)Ⅲ波振幅较对侧明显下降。②耳蜗破坏后,对侧Ⅱ波以后的Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ波潜伏期较破坏前明显延长,各波均具显著性差异(均为P<0.05)。③左上橄榄核复合体破坏前后,同侧(左)Ⅲ波振幅明显下降,但未消失;对侧(右)Ⅲ波完全消失。此结果显示出对侧上橄榄核复合体在Ⅲ波形成方面起重要的作用,同侧上橄榄核复合体与Ⅲ波的起源有关,但关系不密切。
For studying the origin of the Ⅲwave, mechanical destructions of the left cochlea and superior olivary complex were done.The bilateral ABR were recorded and compared before and after the destructions The results showed that after left cochlea destruction the amplitudes of contralateral (right)Ⅲ wave were decreased obviously in contrast to that of ipsilateral(left) and the latencies of components after Ⅱ, that is, Ⅲ Ⅳ V waves were increased in the contralateral ABR.(P<0.05).After the destruction of left superior olivary complex, although the amplitudes of ipsilateral (left) Ⅲ waves were descreased, they did not disappear, while Ⅲ waves in the contralateral (right)disappeared completely, From the above results, the following conclusions were obtained.It is important that the contralateral superior olivary complex might generate Ⅲwave, and the ipsilateral superior olivary complex may be related to generating Ⅲwave, but is not essential.
