麦饭石盖髓剂实验研究及临床应用

Clinical Use of Mai Fan Shi as a Pulp Capping Material

麦饭石是一种传统的中药石药，实验研究发现，麦饭石对牙髓组织有安抚作用。治疗后的牙齿脱钙切片示有修复性牙本质及牙本质桥形成，作为盖髓剂，临床应用于直接盖髓术２４例，间接盖髓术４５例，随诊观察１～２年后，成功率分别为９５．８％及１００％。作者认为，麦饭石是一种取材简便、实用的新型盖髓剂。

Mai Fan shi a kind of Chinese traditional drug,In laboratory research we found it had a comforting function for the pulp.The decalcification specimens of teeth sections. after treatment showed that reparative dentin and dentin bridge were formed.As pulp capping material, we used it in direct pulp capping for 24 cases and indirect pulp capping for 45 cases, The rates of success are 95.8%and 100%, respectively. These suggest that Mai Fan Shi is a new practical pulp capping material.
