Acute Anemia and Decline of Immune Response after Trauma

本文对重伤员急性贫血与免疫反应低下进行了研究。发现严重贫血者红细胞C_3b受体花环率为6.70±3.51%,而轻度贫血者红细胞C_3b受体花环率为11.43±5.57%,严重贫血者IgG、IgA值明显减少(P<0.05)。对伤员急性贫血与免疫反应之间的关系进行了讨论。

Acute anemia and a decrease of immune response in the severe wounded were studied. It was found that the rosette rate of red cell C3b receptor was 8.70±3.51% in the severe anemia group （Hb〈11g%）, and 11.43±5.57% in slight anemia group （Hb≥ 11g%）. Levels of 1gG and IgA were remarkably decreased in the severe anemia group as well（P〈0.05）. Anemia often results in decline of immune response and poor healing of wound, so it is necessary that anemia in the wounded should be treated in time.
